Positive: It's literally by the sea. Not even 50m. The place is cute and cheap!

Negative: There is noise coming from the bathroom, like a leak or something, which is very annoying when you're trying to sleep. The fact that the bed is uncomfortable (this may be more of a personal opinion but I find it hard to imagine that anyone would like to sleep in a bed so soft that your toro sinks loker than your legs) and the pillows are the tallest I've ever laid my head on makes it even harder to sleep and thus the leaking noise is even more annoying. There is not much natural light either and lighting inside is cold and dim, so it's difficult to set up a romantic atmosphere if you're traveling with your partner. Anyway, it might be better off this way because walls are paper thin: you can hear the neighbors breathe in their sleep, so actually nice job keeping intimacy out of the equation. To me it was very annoying that, when we arrived at evening really tired from the tour, we found out that the bed, pillows and blanket had no sheets or covers. We found a letter: "you were supposed to bring your own sheets and covers, it's on the ad". To this day I still have not found where did it reference this, at least on booking. Anyway, at least they covered for that eventuality and left some blankets and covers along with a note "make sure to leave us a tip for the sheets". Whatever, it's not the tip that bugs me, it's the feeling of an incomplete service.

Summary: Fair quality/price ratio, yes. Retrospectively I would have liked to spend a little more though...
