Summary: Great location- across the street from public beach access, a few minutes from fort fisher. Indoor pool access was nice since it was a little cool for the beach.Condo is run down. The kitchen needs updating. Not a great choice if you plan on cooking most meals. Cheap and minimal pots/pans, stove was very old and one burner didn’t work.A few lights didn’t work. Only provided a half of one roll of toilet paper. Booking was sketchy- dates and price I selected was not available and I was offered a higher price. Condo door was left open when we arrived, I assume from the cleaners. Communication with property management was lacking- I had to get help from Vrbo the day before to get in touch to get check in instructions.
