The accommodation features a convertible sofa bed for 2 with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a sitting area with a convertible armchair for 1 person, TV and WIFI access.
As you enter the apartment, you'll find:
- a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave oven, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with television,
- 1 single sofa bed,
- 1 convertible sofa bed for 2 people (140 by 200),
- a storage space,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...),
- a washing machine, clothes line, iron and ironing board,
- a balcony with a breathtaking view on the Arc de Triomphe
Unlimited access to high-speed Wi-Fi Internet.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
NB: Renovation work is currently being carried out on the exterior of the building for an indefinite period. These works, which is beyond our control, makes the balcony inaccessible and may cause some disturbances. Please note that we will not be able to accommodate any requests for financial compensation related to this situation.

At Gare du Nord, transfer to Metro Line 4 heading to Porte d'Orléans.

We want to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible, so we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following guidelines to facilitate a seamless experience for both guests and hosts.

Rest assured, bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort and convenience throughout your stay.
Our dedicated housekeeping team ensures the apartment is impeccably clean upon your arrival and departure, ensuring a pristine environment for your enjoyment.
Family-Friendly Services:
Should you require a cot and high chair, please notify us in advance (with 72 hours' notice), and subject to availability, we'll gladly accommodate your request. Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.
Check-in & Check-out Times:
Check-in: Between 3pm and 10pm. Late arrivals will be accommodated the following day from 9:30am onwards, subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Early Check-ins: If you wish to arrive before 3pm, we'll confirm availability 24 hours prior, and a surcharge of 50% of a night's rate may apply.
Late Check-outs: Extend your stay past the official check-out time? We'll confirm availability 24 hours prior, and a surcharge of 50% of a night's rate may apply.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is required for access to the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. You can expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided there are no damages noted.
Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Detection of cigarette odor post-stay: €450.
Extra key service: Reserved exclusively for stays of 15 days or longer.
Lost keys? Fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key, if left on the door or inside the apartment.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Please refrain from leaving keys on the door or inside the apartment.
Respect the peace and quiet of our neighbors. Excessive noise may result in deductions from your deposit.
Internet Etiquette:
Avoid unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. Respect French and European legislation regarding prohibited websites. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators are beyond our control and will not lead to compensation.
Professional Usage & Photography:
No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses are permitted without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.
We kindly remind you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under 21 must be accompanied by an adult of the required age. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in denial of entry and no refund requests will be accepted.
