This bright 2 bedroom flat is ideally located just a 3 minute walk from Hither Green station! This quiet area is a popular destination for any commuters working in the city. Featuring a spacious living room and 2 bedrooms, it's the perfect space to accommodate 5 guests. This home is complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable! The Space: Welcome to my home and welcome to London! The apartment is on the first floor of a two floor house conversion. The space is very bright and spacious with a large living room with 2 sofas. The dining area is in the kitchen with a table enough to fit 4 people to enjoy a meal. The apartment has been furnished to a good standard which helps compliment the relaxing feel the space has. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need with all the basic condiments. There are also all the mod-cons such as toaster, kettle and dishwasher that you might expect. The master bedroom is spacious and the single room is bright. The home has a simple approach when it comes to the decor to suit all families and friends. Finally, the bathroom is contemporary in style and if you wish to pamper yourself on your stay it also has a modern free standing bath tub. The bathroom will come stocked with white towels and all the essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap that you need during your stay in London! Guest Access: The guests will have access to the entire place. Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. The Neighborhood: You will be able to walk to the local shops for any groceries you may need within 5 minutes Getting Around: The property is within walking distance to Hither Green Train Station which links to Cannon Street and can be in London Bridge within 10 mins on the regular fast train. There is free road parking at the property on the weekdays but not between 10am and 12pm and is also free to park on the weekends. Other Things to Note: The home is located on the first floor, accessible via lift or stairs. Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. House Rules: • No smoking • No pets • No parties or events • Check-in is anytime after 3PM
